Holiday Policy

For the busy holiday season, we want to accommodate as many guests as possible. Booking early is important, but we do realize that plans can change.

For the holidays listed below, we will require a deposit of $50.00 to reserve your pet's suite. This will be applied toward your balance at the time of checkout.

If you cancel your reservation by the date listed on your deposit form, your full deposit will be refunded. In the event you need to cancel your reservation after that date, the deposit will be non-refundable (unless we can fill the suite with another guest on our waiting list).  If you cancel your reservation on the day your pet is due to arrive, you will be charged the entire amount of the stay (maximum of 5 nights). 

Helpful reminders:
  • For holiday reservations, suites will be assigned by appropriate size in order to accommodate all guests.
  • Vaccinations must be up-to-date (rabies, distemper); bordatella requires semi-annual boosters (if expires, must be administered at least 7 days prior to boarding).
  • Food needs to be placed in a resealable container or zip lock bag
Holiday policy applies to Easter,Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
