Medical Situations:

If in the unlikely event an animal becomes ill, the animal will be immediately quarantined in a separate room from all other animals. The owner will be contacted for directions and we will contact the vet you have designated on your Owner Release form for advice if that is your request. If the owner is not available for consultation, and the need is pressing, we will contact your vet directly for directions and transport your dog to that facility for care.

If it is after normal business hours for your vet, and the need is pressing, Pampered Pets Inn will contact Carolina Veterinary Specialists (Emergency Clinic) in Huntersville for advice and direction. If needed, we will transport your animal to the care that is required.

In the event of an extreme medical emergency we reserve the right to obtain the most immediate care available.  Your pet is our primary concern, we will call you as soon as feasible.

If medications are to be given during your pets stay, please be sure to tell us the name of the medicine, as well as the dosage. We are not able to accommodate any complex medical requirements. If your pet has special needs, please notify the handler at check in and we’ll make every effort to accommodate their care.
