Learn the craft: Fear Free handling, play-group management, and the daily standards like feeding and cleaning that make this place run.
STEP 02
Sr. Pet Care Technician
Lead shifts, guide your team, administer meds, communicate with clients about their pet's stay, and coach the newer techs coming up behind you.
STEP 03
Behavior Coach & Leadership
Build the daily playlists, perform behavior assessments, shape how the whole team handles animals, and help run the Inn.
Spa Techs have their own ladder — company-provided online grooming academy plus on-the-job mentorship, with all tools and supplies covered.
We also offer the Pet Concierge track: Pet Concierge (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced certifications) → Senior Concierge → Leadership
We’re a great choice for someone with a Vet Tech degree or background—where they can provide comprehensive pet care in a resort environment focused on wellness.
