What To Know Before For Your Pet's Stay

What to Pack

  • Food:  To keep your pet on the same diet routine, we feed your dog or cat the same food they enjoy at home. Bring enough food to last their entire stay.
    • Bag and label each serving with your pet’s first AND last name in a resealable bag. If there is a difference between bags, label with specific mealtime (AM, Lunch, PM) or specific date to be given.
    • For wet food, ensure each can or container is labeled with pet’s first & last name.
    • If you prefer our meal bagging service you can provide the food in bulk and we’ll bag it for a fee.
    • Two daily mealtimes are included and a third meal can be added for a small fee.
    • If your food runs out, or you prefer not to pack food, we can serve our house food for a small fee.
    • We provide food and water bowls, so you don’t need to bring them.
    • If you wish to bring treats, include them in the bagged meals.

  • Medicine:  As an added service, we can administer medications. Please bring them in their original prescription bottle or packaging with instructions.  An additional fee may apply.  For supplements & non-prescription medications, there is no charge if it’s provided in the bagged meals, but unlike with medicines, we will not verify they were consumed.

  • Comfort Items:  We want your pet to have fun and be comfortable. If they have one special toy or blanket that soothes them, we can include it in their suite. We ask that it be clean, and their name is written on the item to avoid mix-ups. We provide fleece bedding, so please do not bring dog beds. We do not allow rawhide for safety reasons, but we do allow safe rawhide alternatives if the brand is provided. We also have a selection of fun toys & tasty chews available for purchase.

You don't need to bring:

  • Bedding: We furnish each suite with a fresh, luxurious fleece cuddle pad (lodging). Our suites for larger dogs also include an elevated cot
  • Litter Box / Kitty Litter: We provide and clean twice daily
  • Bowls: We provide bowls for food and water
  • Rawhide bones: We don’t allow these (for the health and safety of the dogs), but we do have bully sticks and other chew toys available in our store for dogs that like to chew when resting in their suite.
  • Bathing suits: They’re not required in our all-natural pool and waterpark
  • Toiletries: We highly recommend ending your pet’s stay with a soothing rejuvenating bath, blow dry and brush out for great looking coats.  Your pet can also get a nail trim, teeth brushing, coat brushing or other special attentions. Mid-stay touchups are also highly recommended to keep them looking and feeling great.  See our Spa Menu for specifics.

When you entrust your pets to us as guests, our most important responsibility is their health and safety. We have structured our system of care to provide the greatest protection possible. This begins with ensuring that all guests are fully up-to-date on their vaccinations before entering our resort—for daycare, boarding, spa or training.
