What To Know Before For Your Pet's Stay

What to Pack

  • Food:  We feed your dog or cat the same food they enjoy at home.  Bring enough food to last their entire stay, placing each meal in a separate plastic bag and label with your pet’s name.  We also have special treats available to enhance your pet’s day.
  • Medicine:  As an added service, we can administer medications.  Please bring them (in prescription bottle or labeled bag) and provide instructions (an additional fee may apply).
  • Comfort Items:  We want your pet to have fun and be comfortable.  if they have a special toy or blanket that soothes them, we can include it in their suite.  We ask that it be clean, and their name written on the item to avoid mix-ups.  Toys clean up nicely in the dishwasher or washing machine.

You won’t need to bring:

  • Bedding – we furnish each suite with a fresh, luxurious fleece cuddle pad (lodging). Our suites for medium and larger breeds also include an elevated cot.
  • Rawhide bones – we don’t allow these (for the health and safety of the dogs), but we do have bully sticks available in our store for dogs that like to chew when resting in their suite.
  • Bathing suits – they’re not required in our all-natural pool and waterpark
  • Toiletries – our salon has incredible shampoos and conditioners to get their coat looking great with a bath, blow dry and brush out. Your pet can also get a nail trim, teeth brushing or other special attentions.  We highly recommend ending your pet’s stay with a soothing and rejuvenating bath.

While You're Away

  • Follow us on Instagram (@PamperedPetsInn) and Facebook – your pet might be in one of our photos or videos of guests at play
  • If you need to check on their condition, call our Pet Concierge team (main number, option #4)

Checking Out

A couple of reminders for the end of your pet’s stay

  • We’ll ask for your anticipated check-out time so that we can allow enough time to complete any departure baths.
  • Check-out time: 1pm (all days).  Late checkout can be arranged with a charge for ½ day of daycare.  Or, request a bath and we’ll waive the daycare charge.

Vaccination Policy

When you entrust your pets to us as guests, our most important responsibility is their health and safety. We have structured our system of care to provide the greatest protection possible. This begins with ensuring that all guests are fully up-to-date on their vaccinations before entering our resort—for daycare, boarding, spa or training
