Using Our Client Portal

The customer feedback on our Client Portal has been very positive and we are happy to provide an easy and convenient method for you to request reservations and view your pet’s account details. If you haven’t jumped on the Client Portal train yet, now is the time! We’re going to walk through step-by-step how to get started:
1. Go to our website and click the Client Portal button or the Existing Client Reservation Request button. Make sure to bookmark the portal link for easy access in the future.
2. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to create one in just a few steps. Click on the Register Here link and then click the Existing Client button.
3. Input your first name, last name and either phone number or email associated with your pet’s existing PPI account. Create a password, and after you click Register your pet’s account will sync and you’ll be able to view your pet’s information, see upcoming and past reservations, request future appointments, see the status of your pet’s vaccination records with us & more!
